Team matches
When the front desk holds courts for one of your team’s matches, you’ll see the match on Today and can open it. Only the team’s captain sees it in the app. The front desk manages it on the website.
Confirming courts
Section titled “Confirming courts”Your club may ask you to confirm the courts by a deadline, 48 hours before the match by default. The match shows Confirm by with the date and time.
- Tap Confirm Courts 1, 2 and 3 (or whichever are held).
- Courts you don’t confirm by the deadline reopen for booking.
- You’re emailed a reminder before the deadline, 24 hours before by default. The front desk can send one too.
Giving courts back
Section titled “Giving courts back”If your club lets captains release courts:
- Release a court your team won’t need, so members can book it.
- Ask for it back while it’s still free.
- Cancel all courts for this match gives every court back at once.
Courts the front desk released can only come back through the front desk.
Rainouts
Section titled “Rainouts”What happens when rain closes outdoor courts depends on your club’s setting.
Cancel and offer a reschedule
Section titled “Cancel and offer a reschedule”The match’s outdoor courts are cancelled, and you’re emailed a link to Find new courts.
- Pick a day in the next two weeks.
- Pick a time. Each one listed has as many courts free as your match had, for the same length.
- Confirm, and the match moves there. Its courts are held for your team and already confirmed.
The old match then shows Moved after the rainout and links to the new one. A rained-out match never counts against your team.
Leave it to the captain
Section titled “Leave it to the captain”Your courts stay held, and you’re emailed that outdoor courts are closed. Release them if you won’t play, so others can book them.
