Admins open Settings from the desk. Save with Save rules at the top or bottom. Changes apply right away.

Booking length

Anything over the maximum is hidden when booking.

Member limits

Team matches and reservations made by staff never count toward a member’s limits.

Keeping courts in use

Setting	What it does	Default
Ask players to confirm	Emails “Still playing?” with Keep and Release this long before	24 hours before
Release if not confirmed	Unconfirmed courts go back on the schedule, with no no-show. Players always get at least an hour to answer	2 hours before
Release if nobody checks in	Unchecked courts are released and count as a no-show	10 min after start

Courts booked after the “still playing?” time aren’t asked about. Location check-in needs the club’s position, set on the club page. On the website, check-in is always a tap.

Team reservations
