The waitlist
When every court is taken for the sport, time and length you want, the booking page shows that time as Full · join waitlist.
Joining
Section titled “Joining”Tap the full time, then Join the waitlist. You’ll see your place in line and how many people are waiting, for example “2nd of 3 in line”. You can be in up to 3 lines at once by default.
When a court frees up
Section titled “When a court frees up”Someone releases a court, cancels, or doesn’t check in. If your club offers released courts to the waitlist, the first person in line gets an offer:
- The court is held for you for 5 minutes by default, and you’re emailed.
- Take it from Today or the waitlist page, and it’s booked for you.
- Pass, or let the time run out, and it goes to the next person.
Taking an offer goes through the normal booking limits. If one stops you, for example you’re over your hours, you’ll see why and the offer moves on.
Leaving
Section titled “Leaving”Leave a line any time from the waitlist page. Lines for times that have already started are cleared by themselves.
