Club details and courts
Admins open Club from the desk.
Details
Section titled “Details”- Club name, shown across the app and in emails.
- Address: the web address members sign in at, such as
yourclub.courtwrangler.com. It can’t be changed. Contact CourtWrangler if you need a new one. - Time zone. Changing it shifts how existing reservations’ times are shown.
- Courts open and courts close: the first and last bookable times. Existing reservations outside new hours are kept.
Check-in location
Section titled “Check-in location”When check-in requires the phone’s location, set where the club is:
- Latitude and longitude, in decimal degrees such as 40.7128. In Google Maps, right-click the courts to copy both.
- Check-in distance: how close, in meters, a player must be. The default is 150. The app allows a little more when a phone’s GPS is unsure.
Leave both coordinates blank to turn the location check off.
Courts
Section titled “Courts”Each court has a name, a sport (tennis or pickleball), and whether it’s outdoor. Only outdoor courts close in a rainout.
- Change a name, sport or the outdoor switch, then Save that court.
- Add court at the bottom.
- Remove a court and members can’t book it anymore. Its upcoming reservations are cancelled. Reservations already under way and past ones stay in the history.
