Headline numbers
Section titled “Headline numbers”Each is compared with the same span just before it, such as “Up 12% on the 30 days before”:
- Court time used: the share of open court time that was played, lessons, leagues, open play and team matches included. Only open hours count, and courts closed by staff aren’t counted as available.
- Hours played
- Reservations by members
- Players: members who played
- No-shows: their share of member reservations, and the hours booked and not played

Charts
Section titled “Charts”- Court time used each day, as bars.
- Busy times: the share of court time used by day of the week and hour. Use it to spot quiet slots for lessons and prime time worth protecting with limits.
