Adding a team
Section titled “Adding a team”Add team, then give it a name, its sport and its captain, chosen from your members. A player picked as captain becomes a captain. Front desk staff and admins keep their role.
Holding courts for a match
Section titled “Holding courts for a match”Hold courts for a match, then pick:
- the team, and optionally the opponent (shown to the captain),
- the date, and start and end times, on the hour or half hour within your club’s hours,
- the courts. They must be the team’s sport and free for the whole match.
Held courts never count toward members’ limits, and nobody can book over them.
After courts are held
Section titled “After courts are held”Upcoming team matches lists each match with its captain, courts and status: Confirmed by captain, Waiting on captain or Cancelled by captain. Manage opens the match, where you can:
- Confirm for the captain,
- Send reminder to the captain,
- release a court, or Hold again one that was released,
- Hold more courts,
- Cancel all courts,
- See the captain’s screen.
The club’s team settings decide whether captains can release courts, when they must confirm, and when they’re reminded. What happens to matches in a rainout is set there too. See team matches for the captain’s side.
