Roles

Every member has one role at your club. A person in several clubs can have a different role at each.

Role	Can
Player	Book, check in, release, join waitlists, claim empty courts, report problems
Captain	Everything a player can, plus confirming and releasing courts held for the teams they captain
Front desk	Everything a player can, plus the front desk: the schedule, checking members in, court problems, rainouts, teams
Admin	Everything the front desk can, plus settings, club details and courts, members, branding and analytics

A club always keeps at least one admin.

The front desk and admins work on the website. In the app they’re players, apart from team captains, who manage their matches there too.
