The court board

Courts in the app, or Who’s on court on the website, shows every court right now: who has it and until when, or that it’s open and until when. Pick a later hour to look ahead in the day.

• Open courts have a Book button.
• Closed courts show why, such as resurfacing or rain.
• Your club decides whether the board shows names and how (“R. Okafor”, full names, or just “Reserved”).

Claiming an empty court

If nobody checked in for a reservation, the court is released and the board shows it as Up for grabs. Anyone can Claim it:

• Your claim starts now, already checked in, and runs until the reservation would have ended, or until the next booking on that court.
• There must be at least 10 minutes left.
• Claimed time counts toward your daily and weekly hours like any booking.
• The person who booked it is emailed that the court was given up.

“Empty? Claim it”

While the person who booked can still check in, the court isn’t up for grabs yet. If it looks empty, tap Empty? Claim it and tell the front desk it’s not in use. If nobody checks in by the deadline, it becomes yours to claim.
