Rainouts for staff
Calling a rainout
Section titled “Calling a rainout”On the schedule, Call rainout, then confirm. CourtWrangler:
- closes the outdoor courts (indoor courts stay open),
- cancels member reservations, lessons, leagues and open play on outdoor courts in the rainout’s window, with no no-shows,
- emails every player affected,
- shows a “Closed for rain” banner on the board, booking and the schedule.
Depending on your settings, players can call one too: two players reporting wet courts within 30 minutes, or any player with an outdoor court that day.
The window

Team matches
Section titled “Team matches”With Cancel and offer a reschedule (the default), a match’s outdoor courts are cancelled and its captain is emailed a link to pick new courts. With Leave it to the captain, its courts stay held and the captain is told. See team matches.
Reopening
Section titled “Reopening”Reopen courts from the rainout banner. Players who asked to hear when courts reopen are emailed once.
